With over 40 years in the golf industry, Larry brings a depth of experience few can match. What began as a journey from assistant golf professional and beverage cart driver evolved into ownership of two golf courses—an arc that reflects both passion and perseverance. Along the way, career stops at renowned facilities such as Minikahda Club, Desert Highlands, Mississippi National, and Minnewaska Golf Club provided invaluable exposure to best-in-class operations across every level of the business.
Turning professional in 1988 opened the door to playing and studying golf courses around the world. These experiences sharpened an ability to understand people, recognize well-run operations, and identify opportunities where facilities can improve efficiency, service, and profitability. Having witnessed the Tiger boom, the Great Recession, and the post-COVID resurgence, Larry has experienced the full spectrum of highs and lows the golf business can deliver—and still loves every aspect of it.
With nearly 20 years in the for-profit sector and approximately 20 years in public and municipal golf, Larry offers a rare, balanced perspective. This dual expertise allows Principal Golf Consulting to effectively serve facilities operating under both private and government structures. In a highly competitive industry where missed opportunities directly impact the bottom line, Larry helps golf facilities maximize revenue, improve operations, and drive sustainable profitability.

Erik is an enthusiastic communications and marketing professional with a strong foundation in strategic messaging, brand storytelling, and digital marketing. He applies advanced communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a data-driven understanding of social media and marketing platforms to effectively support organizational and client-focused initiatives.
He possesses a proven track record of designing, executing, and evaluating integrated communication and marketing campaigns tailored to targeted audiences. Erik is highly collaborative, working seamlessly with clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders to deliver measurable results and meaningful brand engagement.
With specialized experience in the sports, entertainment, and golf industry, Erik brings a deep understanding of golf culture, brand positioning, and consumer engagement within the golf ecosystem. His ability to translate industry knowledge into compelling marketing and communication strategies makes him a trusted and sought-after partner for client initiatives.
Erik completed his undergraduate studies at a distinguished academic institution, competed in NCAA athletics, studied and traveled abroad, and gained hands-on experience through comprehensive business and marketing internships. He is a recent graduate of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) with a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven, Erik consistently brings professionalism, creativity, and commitment to every project.
